Refund and Cancellation Policy

At KLIK TV, we strive to provide you with the best streaming experience. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase or subscribing.


1. Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings.

  • Once canceled, you will continue to have access to KLIK TV until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • After the billing cycle ends, your account will be downgraded to the free plan (if available) or closed.


2. Refund Policy

  • All payments made on KLIK TV are non-refundable, except where required by law.

  • We do not issue refunds or credits for:

    • Partial subscription periods

    • Unused content or features

    • Early cancellation of a plan

  • In rare cases, if you experience a technical error that prevents access to paid content, please contact our support team for assistance. Refunds in such cases are at the sole discretion of KLIK TV.


3. One-Time Purchases (Pay-Per-View/Downloads)

  • One-time purchases such as movie rentals or downloads are final and non-refundable.

  • If you cannot access purchased content due to a verified technical issue on our end, we may provide a replacement or credit.


4. Free Trials & Promotions

  • If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends.

  • To avoid charges, you must cancel before the trial expires.

  • Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms and are non-refundable.
