Data Deletation Request

At KLIK TV, we respect your right to privacy and give you full control over your personal data. If you no longer wish to keep your account or want your information removed from our systems, you may submit a Data Deletion Request.


1. What Happens When You Request Deletion

When your data deletion request is approved:

  • Your account and profile information will be permanently removed.

  • Your watch history, preferences, and saved lists will be erased.

  • Your billing and subscription records may be retained only where required by law (e.g., for tax or compliance purposes).

  • Any active subscription will be canceled immediately, and access to KLIK TV will end.


2. How to Submit a Data Deletion Request

To request deletion of your data:

  1. Send an email to klikinfo.sc@gmail.com with the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”.

  2. Include the following details in your message:

    • Full Name

    • Registered Email Address

    • Reason for Request (optional)

  3. Our team will verify your identity and confirm your request.


3. Processing Time

  • Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days of confirmation.

  • Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email.


4. Important Notes

  • Some data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

  • Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. If you wish to use KLIK TV again, you will need to create a new account.
