1. Getting Started

Sign Up: Create an account with your email and password.

Subscription Plans: Choose from our flexible plans that best fit your needs.

Watching Content: Browse by genre, search by title, or explore recommendations tailored for you.
2. Account & Billing

Forgot Password? Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page to reset it.

Update Payment Method: Go to Account Settings > Billing to update your details.

Cancel Subscription: You can cancel anytime in your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
3. Technical Support

Buffering or Slow Streaming? Check your internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps recommended for HD).

App/Website Not Loading? Try clearing your browser cache or updating your app to the latest version.

Device Compatibility: KLIK TV works on most modern browsers, smartphones, tablets, and smart TVs.
4. Content & Availability
